Dennis Begos, MD joined Nova Biomedical in 2020 after a 20-plus year career as a surgeon in academic and clinical practice in Boston and the Boston suburbs. He is currently Senior Medical Director in the Department of Medical and Scientific Affairs, responsible for North and South America and parts of Africa and the Middle East. Dennis has extensive experience in medical education, clinical medicine, minimally invasive surgery, hospital administration, and in vitro devices. He is board certified in Surgery and Colon and Rectal Surgery. He has a passion for the quadruple aim of health care: patient satisfaction, population health, cost effectiveness, and physician satisfaction. He has won numerous teaching awards and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on such diverse subjects as laboratory medicine, oncologic surgery, colorectal surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and hernia surgery.
