Session 3 (Advanced) Solving Your Data Problem: Workflow, Data, Software, Installation
8:30 AM - 10:00 AM Fri
Kathleen has provided fundraising leadership through effective use of human, financial, technical, and physical resources; attracting new resources; building external and internal relationships; and supporting new talent. She has been consulting with nonprofits with less than $10,000,000 in revenue for over 30 years, addressing issues such as data management, communications, grant management, campaign planning, and event planning. Many of her clients use Blackbaud products, Network for Good, Wild Apricot, Little Green Light, Everyaction, Donor Perfect, Arreva, Bloomerang, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Classy, Eventbrite, and even Excel to manage donor and prospect data. The key to managing the data problem is understanding why you need the data, how you gather and use data in your workflows, and how donors are experiencing your organization as it gathers data about donations and donor demographics.
Kathleen is a retired CPA. She graduated from The Ohio State University with an Accounting and Computer Science degree. She achieved the CFRE certificate in 2009. Kathleen has been a part of the leadership team of AFP-NNE since 2014, often teaching the CFRE review class or other NETEd programs. She is currently the Treasurer of the North Country Educational Services Board and the Town of Randolph. She volunteers with many local nonprofits in northern NH. In 2017, she received the Sylvia Evans Award for outstanding service in the Androscoggin Valley region of NH.
