Aleck Colby is the Vice President, Quality & Food Safety for Meiji America. In his 30 plus years in the food & beverage industry Aleck has held various positions including Facility Senior QFS Manager, Corporate Quality Program Manager, Corporate Sanitation Manger, and third-party auditor. He has work for the Kellogg Company for over 10 years, as well as Ocean Spray Cranberry’s, Michael Foods, US Foodservice, Silliker, and Ferrara. Aleck participates as a subject mater expert within a variety of sanitary design & food safety forums, including past vice chair and Chair position for the GMA Sanitation Share Group, speaker at the GMA and BEMA Sanitary Design Workshop. Aleck is a graduate from Columbia Southern University’s Department of Occupational Safety & Environmental Management and is currently an MBA candidate at Eastern University, Philadelphia, PA.
