Gillian Conde celebrated 30 years with DePaul in Rochester this September 12th.
She has extensive history creating and operating special needs enriched affordable housing across NYS for DePaul Properties.
Gillian also has a lifetime of experience serving special needs populations in housing including adults recovering from mental health, homelessness, addiction and developmental disabilities.
Gillian was part of the coalition of professionals who worked to create placements for the remaining resident of the Willow brook Institution made famous by the reporting of Geraldo Rivera, and was the founder of The Remember Garden in Rochester NY- a memorial garden commemorating over 800 persons buried in unmarked graves in Highland Park that were residents of the Almshouse, Insane Asylum and the Penitentiary.
Gillian is currently a Trustee for the Susan B. Anthony House in Rochester, and Chairman of the Community Services Board in Livingston County.
