Shawn Marshall leads a team of 50 providing affordable, clean electricity to over 310,000 customers in San Mateo County and the City of Los Banos. Prior to becoming CEO, Shawn served as PCE’s first Chief Operating Officer and oversaw the Agency’s daily operations and strategic plans. Shawn’s prior extensive CCA experience includes as Director of Market Development & External Affairs at Calpine Energy Solutions, founder and executive director of LEAN Energy US, and as founding Vice Chair of California’s first CCA MCE Clean Energy. She is a former Mayor and councilmember from the City of Mill Valley and held several management positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Shawn received an undergraduate degree from University of California at Davis and completed post graduate coursework at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors and UC Berkeley. She is the proud mother of twin sons.
