Emily Levin is a Principal Consultant at VEIC, where she leads the Energy Programs team providing building decarbonization, energy efficiency, and demand flexibility program design and portfolio review services to utilities, program administrators, and state energy offices. Emily has designed, reviewed, and advocated for efficiency programs in states ranging from Hawaii to Maryland. She previously managed the residential portfolio for Efficiency Vermont, including the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program. Emily is a board member of the Building Performance Association and an adjunct faculty member at Vermont Law School.
