Mr. Krinsky is the National Production Manager of Citi Community Capital (CCC). He has over 30 years of experience providing real estate lending, mortgage banking and investment banking services to developers, owners, and operators of real estate. He is responsible for leading a team of bankers focused on financing multifamily affordable housing utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits combined with tax-exempt and/or taxable construction and permanent loans using CCC’s proprietary balance sheet programs as well as those offered by CCC via its Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing and Freddie Mac Optigo Lender relationships.
Prior to joining CCC, Mr. Krinsky was a Vice President of Capmark Finance Inc., previously
known as GMAC Commercial Mortgage. In this capacity Mr. Krinsky was responsible for
originating numerous transactions financed with tax-exempt bonds and/or Low Income
Housing Tax Credits. Other responsibilities included product marketing, initial loan
underwriting and process management. The principal financing products included Agency
tax-exempt bond credit enhancement and mortgage loans throughout the Eastern United
States.
Mr. Krinsky graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of
Science in Telecommunications Management.
