Diana DiPreta is Executive Vice President, Finance & Capital Markets at Beacon Communities. Based in New York, she oversees capital-raising strategies, investor relations, and financial structuring for new developments, acquisitions, and the company’s existing properties. Since joining Beacon, Diana has played a pivotal role in securing financing for projects across the portfolio and advancing the organization’s long-term financial strategy. Diana has recruited investors, managed debt relationships, and, as a member of Beacon’s executive team, strengthened corporate financial initiatives. She has extensive experience in affordable housing finance, having previously served as Senior Vice President, Head of Northeast Originations at a national syndicator, and as a Senior Vice President, Direct Equity Originator at Bank of America. Her expertise in real estate finance and capital markets has been instrumental in supporting Beacon’s continued growth.
