Ms. Greenberg has worked for the OTDA for over 23 years and is currently the Director for the Bureau of Housing and Support Services (BHSS). During her tenure at the BHSS, she worked primarily in the Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP). As Director, Ms. Greenberg oversees HHAP; as well as OTDA’s Homeless Services programs, such as ESSHI & NYSSHP.
