www.fsqservices.com. Lance is also an Adjunct Professor for the University of Holy Cross (New Orleans) Food Science Department, where he teaches summer food safety certification classes for students and food industry professionals.
Lance spent 16 years in the food manufacturing industry as a Food Safety & Quality Manager and Plant Manager for processors of both FDA and USDA regulated foods. Lance has spent the past 8 years providing guidance and food safety training certifications for food manufacturing and restaurant professionals.
Lance has authored articles titled: “Is Food-Grade Always Food-Safe” and “Can You Defend Your Food Safety Plan” published in Food Safety Tech’s eMagazine and has a series of food safety and quality assurance blogs published on the FSQS company website.
