Britney is a Food Safety Toxicologist with over 13 years of experience working in the food, beverage, and flavor industries with a strong background in Regulatory and Scientific Affairs and Food Safety. She’s currently a Principal Scientist on the Global Scientific Affairs Team at PepsiCo where she supports the Foods North America Portfolio and is the subject matter expert for allergen risk assessments. Britney has been a member of the FARRP (Food Allergy Research and Resource Program) Board of Directors for several years. She has also held leadership positions in the Food Safety Specialty Section of SOT (Society of Toxicology) and is a member of The Toxicology Forum. Britney holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Cincinnati and a M.S. in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Michigan State University.
