Peter Johnston is the Executive Vice President, Technical Regulatory Compliance and ESG at Cavendish Farms where he has executive responsibility for food safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, health safety and environment, technical sales, sustainability and ESG functions. With over twenty-eight years of industry experience across several CPG food categories, Peter is an experienced and engaging leader. Spending the last 15 years with Cavendish Farms, an international, family owned, frozen potato and appetizer processing company; providing corporate sponsorship and guidance to the food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance programs. Peter is an active board member of several food industry associations and an engaged food safety leader within the American Frozen Food Institute.
