Eric Newcomb is the Technical Services Quality Manager at Nortera Foods Inc. He has previously held the positions of Quality System Manager, Operations Manager, and Facility Manager within Nortera Foods. Eric has led numerous projects related to operational and data management and process development. He has also participated in various AFFI Food Safety Working Groups to develop and provide Food Safety guidance for the frozen industry. Eric holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business of Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
