Re-Imagining Food Protection as a National Security Issue – DHS perspectives on the Resiliency of U.S. Food Supply Chains

Conor is a data scientist with ten years of experience supporting the US federal government at the Institute for Defense Analyses, Deloitte, and currently at MITRE. He specializes in machine learning, algorithm development, data visualization, statistics, mathematical modeling, supply chain analysis, and cybersecurity. He has applied his analytic expertise to support sponsors across the federal government, but primarily in the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security and Defense. For the past three years he has been performing supply chain analyses for The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Health Security (OHS), Health, Food, and Agriculture Resilience Directorate (HFARD). He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Math from Northwestern.
