Vinca has both a long tenure in the vitamin industry and a personal passion for natural health. Vinca’s career at Herbs of Gold has encompassed the role of National Account Manager, National Field Sales Manager and more recently, Head of Sales ANZ, focusing on the future growth and direction of Herbs of Gold. Prior to her time at Herbs of Gold, Vinca had a long and distinguished career at the Blackmores Group, leading teams of people through growth and transitional change, whilst pursuing her personal career passion of driving start-up projects and divisions within the organisation, including the export space. As a result of this, Vinca’s experience and insights are invaluable as she works towards brand building and improving sales growth for Herbs of Gold. Vinca has a personal passion for health and wellness, with a holistic approach that addresses both physical and mental health. In particular, mental health is a priority for Vinca, investing large amounts of personal time into her role as a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, teaching positive strategies that support both the employees at Herbs of Gold and her community.
