Arielle Hersh (she/they) is the Director of Policy and New Projects at UHAB, where she works with tenant associations in the process of becoming HDFC co-ops, organizes HDFC shareholders around housing justice, and develops legislation and campaigns around housing justice, limited equity co-operatives, and social housing. Arielle has previously worked on organizing efforts with community land trusts and small businesses in New York City. She is currently pursuing an MS in Urban Policy and Leadership at Hunter College and has a BA from NYU with a concentration in Urban Development, Policy, and History.
