Mr. Colgate is a land use attorney assisting developers, institutions and lenders with real estate development, including discretionary actions at the NYC BSA and CPP. He also assists clients and their architects in devising solutions compliant with the applicable zoning and construction code requirements. He has a long career in NYC government, most recently as Assistant Commissioner for Technical Affairs and Code Development at the NYC DOB. Previously we worked at NYC HPD and DCP. He is also a registered architect.
