Colonel Christopher Kiss is a health facility planner, architect, and a skilled owner representative for Military Health System design and construction projects. Col. Kiss currently serves as the Chief Architect in the Defense Health Agency’s Facilities Enterprise. He has a Master of Architecture from Norwich University, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Texas A&M University, and a PhD in Planning, Design, and the Built Environment (PDBE) from Clemson University. As a researcher, Chris is interested in healthcare design, healthy work environments, and energy sustainability.
