Jason has been the NAVFAC HQ Medical Facilities Program Office’s Director since 2021. In this role, he is responsible for the program and technical execution of all design and construction of Medical Treatment Facilities where NAVFAC is the DoD Construction agent. He supports Defense Health Agency (DHA) with official briefings, provides budget, schedule, and technical updates to DHA and within NAVFAC, and chairs the Tri-Service Acquisition, Design & Construction board for the Design: Military Medical Facilities UFC 4-510-01. Prior to being the Director, Jason was the office’s Deputy Director from 2017-2021 and a Medical Construction Liaison from 2011-2017. Jason started his career with NAVFAC in 2003 and held various design and construction management roles. Jason is a graduate of Virginia Tech with his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Master’s degree in Engineering Administration. He is a licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
