Prior to joining SCS, Radojka worked for 18 years in technical and managerial roles including quality assurance, food safety management and training. She has extensive knowledge of ISO 9001, SQF, FSSC 22000, FDA regulations including HACCP and FSMA rules, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, USDA and Organic, testing and analysis, calibration, and auditing processes. Radojka is an approved FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food instructor and SQF Instructor. Industry expertise includes: dairy, juice, dry foods, carbonated soft drinks, water and teas. She is also proficient in English and Spanish. Radojka is a graduate of Central University of Venezuela, BSc. Bioanalysis; California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, MSc. Food Science.
