Rashmi Rani is currently the Senior Manager of Food Safety and Quality Assurance
at Schwan’s Foods company in Florence, KY. She has over 18 years of experience
in food and beverages industry. In her current role she manages food safety
programs, QMS, SQF of Florence facility, USDA, FDA compliance, training and
work with cross functional teams on continuous improvement projects like
reduction of non-conformance product cost, rework cost reduction.
Rashmi has extensive knowledge of Environmental microbiology and has passion
towards GFSI programs. In her free time, she helps companies in establishing their
EMP and SQF programs.
Before joining Schwan’s food company, Rashmi has worked with different
companies like AB-Inbev, BakeCo, McCormick Inc, Wornick food (Baxter’s North
America) as a FSQ manager.
She holds Master’s degrees in Microbiology and Environmental Sciences and has
certifications in SQF, HACCP, PCQI, train the trainer, PDCA etc.
