Melani Dewi Astuti is currently a Senior International Tax Analyst at the Fiscal Policy Agency, Ministry of Finance, Indonesia. Previously, she was working for the Directorate General of Taxes from 2003-2018. She has been dealing with international tax for more than 8 years, especially related to MAP, transfer pricing and treaty negotiation. She is also one of Indonesia's delegates for OECD and UN meetings. She got her Master of International Tax from the University of Sydney, Australia. She is experienced as an expert for OECD trainings in transfer pricing and digital economy, She is also experienced as a guest lecturer in some universities in Indonesia and SouthEast Asia. She has also written number of articles published at the international journals, such as IBFD and Kluwer.
