Jaclyn’s practice focuses on international taxation, cross-border taxation, group and business reorganisations, transfer taxes and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She also assists clients with navigating the ever-changing international tax landscape, domestic law and global (OECD BEPS 2.0) tax policy developments.
