Mika Yamada is the managing partner at Moore Shisei Tax Corporation, a Japanese member firm of Moore Global Network. She created the Moore Global Asia Pacific Tax Committee in 2015 and serve as the chair. She has 35 year experience in the international tax field.
Her career growth has coincided with the globalization of the tax field. She has extensive knowledge and experiences in consultation for global mobility, inheritance and gift tax issues, transfer pricing, due diligence and indirect taxes.
She commenced her professional career with Seishin & Co. (Former name of Moore Shisei Tax Corporation) in 1988, and became a partner in 1997, responsible for international tax and accounting matters. During the first several years with Seishin & Co., she had opportunities to stay at Moore London, Melbourne, Detroit, and Hong Kong.
She is always selected as one of speakers at the world conference of Moore Global Network in addition to giving presentation to the other professional organization in Japan and other countries.
She attended the Harvard Executive Course in May, 2016, and she has been involved in IFA (International Fiscal Association) activities as one of the active members of WIN (Women Group) in Japan.
