Dr. Gagandeep Gill is a public health scientist, biostatistician, and health systems analytics leader whose work spans environmental health, population health, and healthcare performance improvement. He earned his DrPH in Preventive Care and MPH in Biostatistics from Loma Linda University and a BS in Biochemistry from UCLA. Dr. Gill serves as an Assistant Professor at West Coast University and holds adjunct faculty appointments at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and National University, where he teaches biostatistics, epidemiology, public health informatics, and global health at the graduate and doctoral levels. He also works as a Senior Health Services Research and Evaluation Analyst within an integrated health system, leading physician-level analytics, cost and utilization modeling, and risk stratification initiatives. Nationally, he consults with the National Environmental Health Association on federally funded projects focused on retail food safety, workforce capacity, and data-driven regulatory improvement
