Ron Potochar is a seasoned quality and production leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning the chemical, electronics, and food manufacturing industries. An honors graduate of Morgan State University, Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master Black Belt certification from Villanova University credentials that have shaped his expertise in process optimization, continuous improvement, and data‑driven quality management. Ron has served in multiple leadership roles, including Production Supervisor, Industrial Engineer, Senior Process Leader, Quality Manager, and most recently Senior Quality Manager for Toll Compaction Group, LLC. His work has consistently centered on strengthening operational efficiency, elevating product quality, and building systems that support regulatory compliance and organizational excellence. Ron’s relationship with D.L. Newslow & Associates, Inc. began in 2013 when he met Debby Newslow during HACCP and FSSC 22000 training in Orlando. He later collaborated with her to establish Toll Compaction’s FSSC 22000 Food Safety Management System and, in 2020, successfully integrated ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 into a unified, streamlined program. These achievements highlight Ron’s ability to merge complex standards into practical, sustainable systems that strengthen operational reliability.
