Chenhao (Luke) Qian is a post-doc in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University, under the advisement of Dr. Martin Wiedmann. His research has been focused on developing models for predicting dairy spoilage as well as produce safety risks. These models can be used as decision support tools for evaluating different intervention strategies to better manage the risks associated with food products or food production environment
