Workshop 3G: Migraine At School
2:10 PM - 3:20 PM Wed
Elizabeth Henry Weyher has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Utah and Juris Doctor degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law. In 2016, Elizabeth and her parents, Dan Henry, M.D. and Diane Henry, established the Danielle Byron Henry Migraine Foundation in memory of their daughter and sister. The mission of the Foundation is to raise awareness and provide support and access to treatment for those with migraine disease, especially young adults and children. Over the past year, Elizabeth has worked with CHAMP’s Stigma in Education Committee to develop “Migraine at School,” a collection of resources for parents, teachers and students to ensure that each child with migraine has the opportunity to succeed in school. Elizabeth lives in Salt Lake City with her husband, two sons, and Labrador Retriever.
