Rachael Lord is the Managing Director of the Garrett Planning Network (GPN). She brings more than a decade of experience in association leadership, with a strong focus on advancing mission-driven organizations. Her professional path has been shaped by a passion for equitable access to trusted, values-based services and community impact. Rachael’s expertise spans strategic leadership, digital transformation, record-breaking member engagement, and cultivating strong professional communities. She is a passionate advocate for transparent, fiduciary financial advice and believes that everyone deserves access to quality financial planning. Throughout her career, Rachael has been recognized for her leadership and service. She earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2018 and was honored with the Women of Chiropractic Award by the North Carolina Chiropractic Association in 2016, the Distinguished Service Award from the Association Executives of North Carolina in 2019, and the Chiropractic Honor Roll Award in 2023. Outside of work, Rachael is an avid traveler and food enthusiast. She met her husband while they were both studying abroad in Australia, and together they’re always in search of their next adventure.
