Hi, my name is Vanesa Mendoza. I am 23 years old, and I am currently a first-year pre-nursing student at UCCS. I was born in New Rochelle, New York but was raised in Colorado Springs. I went to District 11 for most of my schooling years and graduated from Palmer High School. I work as an ophthalmic assistant at Colorado Eye Institute during the week and work as a PRN-CNA on weekends through agencies. I speak English and Spanish, and I am currently trying to learn ASL. During my free time, I like to read on my kindle or play video games.
