Josalynn Segars is a proud graduate of Jackson State University with a degree in Accounting. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Josalynn serves on both the Financial Committee and the Physical and Mental Health Committee. She is deeply committed to community service and leadership. Her work continues to make a positive impact across Colorado Springs.
