In her role, Colleen is responsible for oversight of Pathway Health’s education division while providing support and direction to their consulting team. She has extensive clinical experience across the health care continuum. She aspires to promote quality of care. Prior to her current role, she was an accomplished clinical and reimbursement consultant, excelling in interim leadership roles in long term care and assisted living, developing educational programs, and acting as a national Clinical Reimbursement Specialist. Colleen’s passion is to promote excellence in long term care through education, mentoring, and ongoing quality improvement. Colleen is a licensed registered nurse with a Master’s in Nursing degree. She has received numerous certifications including Gerontological Nurse, Certified Dementia Trainer, Certified Wound Care Nurse, Certified Eden Alternative Trainer, and has a Six Sigma Green Belt in Health Care. Colleen is also a MDS and Medicare Master Trainer for the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators, INTERACT Certified Trainer, Nursing Assistant Instructor, and ICD-10 Audit Nursing Instructor.
