Deborah Elings has over 20 years of nursing experience in a variety of settings including acute care and long-term care. Deb has held a variety of roles in Long-Term care including Director of Nursing and Regional Marketing Director. She works closely with Long Term Care, Hospice and Homecare areas providing clinical education and support for Skin Health, MDS Consultations, Incontinence & Absorbent Products, along with Dementia Education. She recently became a Certified Case Manager. In her role as a Clinical Ambassador, Deb develops programs and educational materials for nurses & case managers.
