Brandie Moreno joined Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) in 2017 and serves as an Assistant Vice President. As part of the New York City Originations team, she manages a robust pipeline of affordable housing projects, from intake through closing, with a focus on creative deal structuring. Prior to her role at CPC, Brandie worked at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development in the LIHTC Preservation program on repositionings of LIHTC projects and resyndications. She has also worked at a local nonprofit housing development corporation in Brooklyn where she managed a development pipeline of renovations. She is a previous recipient of the Morgan Stanley/ANHD Community Fellowship and the Fund for the City of New York Community Planning Fellowship. She is also a Coro Leadership New York alumna. Brandie graduated from Columbia University with a BA in Architecture in 2009 and received a Masters of Urban Planning from New York University in 2014.
