Danielle Kenny joined Arbor Housing and Development in 2016 and since 2021, serves as the Director of Real Estate Development. She is responsible for leading the team through all aspects of the development process, from initial design planning, grant applications, and through construction completion. Her team also administers the 2 local County Land Banks and Corning city-wide revitalization program. During her tenure at Arbor, Danielle has overseen a variety of projects that have led to the development of over 150 units of affordable housing; and over 2 dozen home rehabs. Her experience includes historic rehabilitations and occupied relocations. Danielle is attentive, engaged and adds value to her team because of her specific strengths in A-Z planning of project construction & finances. Danielle has worked with various agencies, both local and state, to procure resources throughout the Southern Tier of New York and surrounding areas. Danielle has a B.A in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University and sits on the Advisory Committee for the Corning Area Young Professionals.
