Leslie is responsible for all aspects of developing, managing, and expanding permanently affordable homeownership opportunities in the Ithaca area via the INHS Community Housing Trust. Her role includes strategic planning and program development; project design and engineering; program and project funding; project oversight and management; and home sales and closing. Affordable for-sale housing has been overlooked and under-invested for decades-- and it is in desperately short supply. In this panel, Leslie will describe how INHS layers a variety of subsidies to make development of affordable for-sale homes a financially feasible proposition.
