Jeremy Sibert is the Corporate Director of Technology for HENSEL PHELPS Established in Greeley, Colorado in 1937, HENSEL PHELPS is an employee-owned multi-billion dollar company that has been responsible for building local, regional and nationally significant projects that serve and enhance each community in which they are built. Jeremy is responsible for the strategic planning and deployment of all technology used across the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and has worked for HENSEL PHELPS for 16 years.
Jeremy has worked at various locations across the United States from South Carolina and Washington DC, to Colorado. He has held positions in operations and, prior to his current assignment, he was the Project Manager responsible for the successful completion of the renovation of Wedges 2-5 at the Pentagon. Due to the scale and complexity of this project, Jeremy led his team to adopt a paperless environment utilizing technology and visualization to plan, communicate, and execute this highly complex project. The successful adaptation of technology to proven, established processes and procedures for project planning and execution provided an integrated platform that has been embraced throughout all areas of operations and enterprise communication.
His deep background in construction operations has provided the leadership base in this role and his application of proven operational understanding and management approach ensures that the needs of both internal and external clients are understood and met from a technology perspective. Essentially, Jeremy’s role is to communicate/translate between the needs of the various parties and provide guidance in the development/adaptation of technology solutions to further enhance productivity and efficiency in field operations and throughout all aspects of the construction industry.
