Lieutenant Colonel Ricardo J. Rodriguez Cruz is a native of Humacao, Puerto Rico. He attended the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico where he received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. LTC Rodriguez also holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. LTC Rodriguez’s background includes key assignments as Senior Program and Budget Officer, Facilities Enterprise, Defense Health Agency, Falls Church, VA; Battalion Executive Officer, 2 nd Medical Recruiting Battalion, Redstone Arsenal, AL; Project Manager, HFPA, Schofield Barracks, HI; Director, Support Division and then Deputy Commander, HFPA, Falls Church, VA. He has deployed in support of Task Force Falcon, Kosovo and Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan. LTC Rodriguez is married to Carmen Adelys Cintron from Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. They have two children, Diego Andres (17 y/o) and Izabella Andrea Rodriguez-Cintron (15 y/o).
