Gil Howard is a construction estimator for SS&A. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. Upon graduated he worked in the construction industry in Atlanta, GA. He then joined SS&A as a construction estimator and has been with the firm for 15 years. He is currently the department head for Construction Estimating at SS&A.
