CDR Dan Baxter is a retired US Navy officer of twenty-four years with a career culminating in F/A-18C Hornet squadron Command of 220 Sailors and 22 aircraft. For ten years, he has consulted across a broad spectrum of industries including Energy, Manufacturing and Healthcare. He has delivered strategies for clients such as Chevron, Exxon, and JP Morgan, across US, Canada, Australia and Asia, along with U.S. Bureau of Medicine and Veterans Administration hospital systems. His roles encompass enterprise leadership, change management and organizational design. Graduate of the Naval Academy, BS in Economics and Rice University Jones School of Business MBA.
