With a focus on leasing, ground-up development, and investment sales, Matt is a true expert in matching each client’s key retail fundamentals to the market, effectively guiding them in executing their real estate strategies within one of the fastest-growing markets in the country. Matt excels in leading successful rollouts of new-to-market brands, site selection, brand expansions, acquisitions, surplus solutions, and delivering valuable advisory services. Raised in Las Vegas, and with extensive experience in retail and hotel development from a young age, Matt began his brokerage career in 2015. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a partner in retail services with a Las Vegas boutique firm. Matt is active within NAIOP and CCIM, serving on committees for both organizations. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and previously served on the board of UNLV Lee Business School - Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies.
