Sushama Shah is a technology executive and Chief Engineer for Software-Defined Vehicles at Ford Motor Company, where she leads next-generation vehicle software, operating systems, and architectures. With more than 20 years of experience across automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, Sushama has built and scaled global engineering organizations, developed software platforms and product roadmaps, and forged cross-industry partnerships. Her work spans vehicle software, connected mobility, embedded controls, and AI-enabled engineering. Sushama has established multi-agent AI workflows for software specification and test synthesis, reducing cycle effort. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at General Motors and Hella. Sushama Shah is Vice Chair of INFORUM Mobility Next and holds an MBA from Michigan State University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
