Rachel Fee is Executive Director of the New York Housing Conference. With more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing, public policy, and nonprofit management. Rachel has established NYHC as an influential advocacy organization, building coalitions to expand housing investment, elevating affordable housing in the media, and producing analysis that has informed policy improvements at the city, state, and federal levels. Previously, she spent eight years at NYC’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and worked with nonprofits in Dublin and Washington, D.C. She holds degrees from Colgate University and University College Dublin.
