Jajaida Gonzalez, MS/MADS, is a human services executive with more than 18 years of leadership experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities through person-centered advocacy, employment support, and community integration. As Vice President of Day Services at Services for the Underserved (S:US), she oversees multi-site programs, staff development, compliance, and service innovation. Jajaida serves on the boards of the NYS APSE and the NY Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation, where she advocates for equity, inclusion, and workforce support for Direct Support Professionals.
