Ms. Greenberg has worked for OTDA for almost 24 years and is currently the Director for the Bureau of Housing and Support Services. During her tenure, she worked primarily in the Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP), a capital development program that provides grants and loans for the development of emergency, transitional and permanent supportive housing for homeless families and individuals. In her duties as the Director, Ms. Greenberg oversees HHAP; OTDA’s Homeless Services programs; as well as Homeless Services Plans from the Local Districts, Code Blue and the Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC).
