Sarah is the Assistant Commissioner for the Division of Special Needs Housing (DSNH) at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD). DSNH makes low-interest loans on behalf of the City of New York to support the construction and renovation of affordable housing, including supportive housing, senior housing, and housing for formerly homeless households. Previously, Sarah was the Director of HPD's Senior Affordable Rental Apartments loan program.
