As Vice President of the Homeless Housing and Assistance Corporation (HHAC) and Assistant Director of the Homeless Housing and Assistance Program (HHAP), Brenda’s primary focus is the oversight of HHAP’s operational portfolio of over 12,500 units. With 14 years at HHAP, and ten years operating homeless housing at a not-for-profit prior to that, Brenda understands the challenging environment in which nonprofits work. HHAP remains committed to assisting housing agencies in its portfolio and recognizes that preservation/stabilization of older projects is just as critical as developing new housing.
