Ian is the Director of Overdose Education and Naloxone Distribution. Ian is passionate about supporting people who use drugs and aims to reduce stigma and provide accessible and low barrier access to naloxone and harm reduction supplies to New Yorkers. In his role, Ian oversees the growing work of the unit, working to provide training, technical assistance, data and evaluation, new program implementation and naloxone and fentanyl test strip distribution to community-based organizations in NYC. It is important to Ian, within all aspects of his life, to create, be a part of and support spaces that provide connection, community and joy.
