Latisha Millard is the Vice President of Housing for The Fortune Society (Fortune), a reentry organization that provides holistic wrap-around services and advocacy on behalf of justice-involved New Yorkers. As a member of Fortune’s executive management team, Latisha oversees permanent supportive congregate, scatter-site, and emergency transitional housing programs for formally incarcerated men and women throughout New York City. Latisha received her B.A. in Political Science from Bethune Cookman College and her MPA from Long Island University.
