Jennifer Mitchell leads The Doe Fund’s work to create permanent housing, workforce training, and pathways to long-term stability for New Yorkers experiencing homelessness. She began her career at The Doe Fund, directing the Ready, Willing & Able program for 12 years before becoming Executive Director of The HOPE Program in 2011. Jennifer returned to The Doe Fund in 2023. She serves on the boards of the Supportive Housing Network of New York, the New York City Employment and Training Coalition, and Building Skills NY. She holds degrees from SUNY Binghamton and Columbia University.
